Afro Nation 2025 Phase 3 Line-up Competition T&Cs
1. The promoter is: MALACHITE PRT, UNIPESSOAL LDA, a Portugal-registered company with Company Number 518038300 rep.
2. The competition is open to all Afro Nation Portugal 2025 GA ticket holders, must be aged 18 years or over except employees of ‘The Promoter’ and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. This is strictly an 18+ event. Entries by anyone below this will be voided.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
8. 5 (Five) winners will win:
1 x VIP Festival ticket Upgrade from a GA ticket
9. This is set to take place in conjunction with Afro Nation Portugal 2025, in The Algarve, Portimao, Portugal, July 9th - 11th 2025.
10. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 PM GMT on 28/01/2025. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winner will be picked and contacted on or after 29/01/2025. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. If the winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified in the winner notification, we reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.

13. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description (including domestic travel to and from the festival, meals, incidental expenses, gratuities, etc) are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
14. The Prize does not include meals or drinks at the event. Nor return transport to the event or restaurant and return.
15. The Prize Winner and all travel companions must be over 18 years of age and both must hold a valid photo ID to gain entry to the Festival. No backstage or access to artists is included.
16. The Prize Winner and their Travel Companions are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own travel insurance, travel documents.
17. Prize is non-transferable in name. Terms & Conditions of the venue apply.
18. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
