How do I list my tickets for resale?

All customers should have received an email from Festicket and Ticket Arena, including details on how to list your ticket for resale. Simply click on the link to go through to our Resale Form and follow the instructions. Note that you will only be able to list your ticket in the resale via this link as it contains all the information related to your order. Once you’ve submitted the form and confirmed that you want to list all the tickets of your order for resale, we’ll notify you by email when your tickets are listed, and then again if they are successfully sold.

When must I list my ticket for resale by?

If you have not registered your ticket for resale by 15/06/20, the ticket will be automatically carried over for Afro Nation Portugal’s rescheduled dates in 2021.

My ticket has sold straight away on the resale. Why do I have to wait 30 days to get my money?

We expect the money to be transferred within this time, but this process may take up to 30 days from when your sale is confirmed by Festicket. This is due to increased demand on ticketing companies during this time and ensuring due diligence on all ticket sales.

If you are yet to receive any information or your purchase money by the end of the 30 day period, then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we can investigate on your behalf.

My ticket is not selling as it’s more expensive than other tickets?

Festivals normally release tickets in pricing tiers, usually starting with Early Bird tickets, which are often discounted from the final price. As all customers can resell their tickets at their face value, you may see the same ticket at a different price.

To ensure the fairest possible opportunity for customers looking to resell their ticket, we have kept a strict face-value limit to all tickets – with the opportunity to resell your ticket through to September.

My ticket has been on the resale platform but has not sold so can I get a refund?

Your tickets can remain on the resale platform until 15//09/20. If your ticket has not sold by this date then it is still transferable for the rescheduled Afro Nation Portugal dates in 2021. As long as your ticket has not been sold, if you decide you want to attend the festival yourself, contact Festicket and they will unlist your ticket from the resale and reactivate your original order to make it valid for you to use

Tickets are available on Viagogo – what are you doing about this?

Tickets on third party websites are not valid or genuine. To ensure you are buying a genuine ticket please follow the links on our website. Our official reseller is Festicket.
